This week's Recipe of the Week is provided by our friend Matt Ramsey (AKA @cookerofdeliciousness). We've already made this in our own family kitchen a few times – and it's AMAZING. Try it for yourself and let us know what you think!
8 oz Rigatoni
2 large chicken breasts(cubed)
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 oz room temp cream cheese
4 oz sour cream
2 oz Arbo's Cheese Dip Original
2 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Cut up bacon into small squares and cook on medium heat. While bacon is cooking cube up your chicken and season with SPG, and paprika.
Remove bacon once crisp and cook chicken in remaining bacon grease until it reaches 165° internal then set aside.
Turn heat to med-low, add milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir until cream cheese melted then add Arbo's Cheese Dip Original (Try Spicy for extra kick! 🌶) , seasonings, and shredded Colby Jack.
Once Colby Jack is melted add al dente pasta, chicken, and bacon.
Stir well and enjoy!
